"Harmonize with the Cape"
Completed in the spring of 2024, the Cape Traverse Luxury Ocean Beach House is a unique property designed to harmonize with the natural beauty of Cape Traverse, one of PEI's most private and coveted capes.
The house was designed by award winning Timber Block Homes and completed by local firm Paul Davis PEI. The carbon footprint was a key consideration in the construction of the home. By maintaining many of the property's coniferous trees, utilizing pre-fabricated Timber Block panels and choosing radiant technology for heating, the home is very cozy and energy efficient.
